So, the millennial Taksaka Hype Trip was launched in order to adapt the train to customers."This is a train adaptation, because 64 percent of our customers are millennials," he said after launching the Millenial Taksaka KA Hype Trip at Tugu Jogja Station yesterday (23/9).Didiek explained that out of 64 percent of millennial customers, almost 50 percent of millennial passengers are on the Taksaka train.So, by launching the hype trip, KAI wants to provide a new experience according to the train passenger class.So that the train will be in the middle of the community according to the needs of the community.Based on data, from January to June 2022, 58 percent or 2.7 million Taksaka train customers are aged 12-41 years.In addition, the Taksaka train is also a train that connects the economic center area with one of the tourist and educational destinations.Even with the pandemic situation, Jogja is claimed to be the train transportation with the most crowded majors."With this hype trip, we hope to be able to accommodate the dynamically changing needs of customers," he explained.Through the rebranding of the Taksaka train into a hype trip train, KAI provides food and drink menus that are tailored to the tastes of millennials.On the Hype Trip train, there are also board games that can be played during the trip.Additional facilities in the form of this game are flash cards, jenga blocks, UNO cards, and snakes and ladders.The Head of the DIJ Tourism Office, Singgih Raharjo, said that the presence of the new branding of one of the Taksaka trains became a new hope and the main choice of transportation which is accessibility to Jogja.With this presence, it is targeted that more and more millennial tourists use the train mode of transportation.Because it is equipped with interior and exterior atmosphere to contemporary food and super fast internet access."I think this is a very attractive choice for millennial tourists using the train mode of transportation," he explained.Head of the Regional Tourism Promotion Board (BPPD) DIJ GKR Bendara added, this is a new package and attracts people to try new trains.So that it can become a magnet for tourists to come to visit Jogja."The world of tourism has indeed begun to shift, especially yesterday the pandemic is now starting to travel again," he said.(wia/bah)
